How it works

One task, multiple homes, multiple users

Taskpend is a shared task management app: one shared task list for teams, where the same task lives inside Maya's Design workspace, Alex's Engineering sprint, and Priya's Product roadmap — all at once. Each teammate nests it where it fits their day, alongside their own private work. Change it once and it updates everywhere on the shared task list, and everyone gets full visibility to the entire work tree (any subtask).

Two ways to share: mention a teammate, mirror tasks to channels

@mention someone and the task drops straight into their Direct Tasks — like a Slack DM, but it's the real working task, not a copy. Mirror the task into any of your channels (Sprint, Roadmap, Today's Focus) so it shows up wherever you actually work or others are looking - one source of truth, either way.
