Phase-level tasks show as long bars spanning their full duration; individual tasks show as shorter bars within. The hierarchy of the Gantt matches the hierarchy of your task tree automatically.
Visualize the Critical Path
When tasks have timelines, the Gantt view shows which tasks are running in parallel and which are sequential. Identify the critical path — the sequence of tasks that determines the project completion date — visually, without a dependency management system. When a task slips, you can see which downstream tasks are affected by looking at timeline overlaps.
Share a Read-Only Roadmap With Stakeholders
Product roadmaps need to be visible to stakeholders who don't live in the task management tool.
