4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful code or malware; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Taskpend and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
